You must cancel your subscription either on Google Play or App Store.
Here is how you can manage or cancel your subscriptions:
App Store
- On the 'Home' screen, tap 'Settings'
- Tap 'App' and 'iTunes Store'
- Tap your 'Apple ID'
- Tap 'View Apple ID'. You might need to sign in
- Under 'Subscriptions', tap 'Manage'
- Tap 'Waplog'
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off
"Automatic Renewal".
If you turn off "Automatic Renewal" your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Google Play
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions via Google Play Store. Please follow these steps:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Check if you’ve signed in to the correct Google Account
- Tap '"Menu" and then "Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the instructions
If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.
