1. How can I change my language?

Click account settings from the menu on the left. At the top of the page, you’ll see “Regional settings” option. You can change your language by choosing from the list.

2. How can I add photo?

Go to your profile. Click “Photos” option. On the bottom of the page, you’ll see “Upload a photo” and “From facebook” buttons. You can upload your photo from your computer or your facebook account by clicking these buttons.

3. How can I set a new profile photo?

Go to your profile. At the top of your profile photo, you’ll see “Change profile photo” option. Once you click it, you can set a new profile photo by uploading a new photo or choosing from your existing photos.

4. How can I remove my photos?

Go to your profile. Click photos option. You’ll see an “X” icon on the right corners of the photos. You can delete your photos by clicking the icon.

5. How can I confirm my e-mail address?

Once you register to Waplog, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail. You can confirm your e-mail by clicking the link we send you. If you cannot receive confirmation e-mail, click “Account settings” from the menu on the left. You’ll see “E-mail settings” option. You can request a new confirmation e-mail by clicking the link under this option.

6. How can I change my password?

Click account settings from the menu on the left. Then, scroll down the page. You’ll see “Change password” option. You can change your password by filling the form under this option.

7. How can I change my username?

Click “Account settings” from the menu on the left. Then, scroll down the page. You’ll see “Change username” option. You can change your username by filling the box under this option.

8. How can I change my e-mail address?

Click “Account settings” from the menu on the left. You’ll see “E-mail settings” option. You can change your username by filling the box under this option. Once you confirm your e-mail, you cannot change it.

9. How can I change my privacy settings?

You can edit your privacy settings by clicking “Privacy settings” option from the menu on the left.

10. How can I change my date of birth?

Click “Personal info” from the menu on the left. You’ll see “Birthday” option. You can set your birthday from the calendar by clicking the date.

11. How can I change my location?

Click “Account settings” from the menu on the left. At the top of the page, you’ll see “Regional settings” option. You can change your country and city by choosing from the list.

12. How can I remove users from my favorites list?

Click “Favorites” from the menu on the left. You’ll see your favorites listed with their profile photos. On the bottom of a profile photo, you’ll see a “Trash can” icon. You can remove a user from your favorites by clicking the icon.

13. How can I edit my notifications?

You can edit your notifications by clicking “Notifications” option from the menu on the left.

14. How can I add a new friend?

Open the profile you want to add. You’ll see an icon next to the profile photo. By clicking it, you can send a friend request.

15. How can I delete my messages?

Click messages from the menu on the left. Open the message you want to delete. At the right corner of the message box, you’ll see a “trash can” icon. You can delete your message by clicking it.

16. How can I remove my friends from my friend list?

Open the profile you want to delete. You’ll see an icon on the right corner of the page next to last login information. Once you click it, you’ll see “Unfriend” option.

17. How can I block/report a user?

Open the profile you want to block. You’ll see an icon on the right corner of the page next to last login information. Once you click it, you’ll see “Block user” and “Report user” options.

1- You can block and/or report the fake users. If you don’t know how to do it, please read “How can I block/report a user?” part.

2- You can choose who can send you a friend request or message. Please go to “Privacy settings” to change them.

3- You can send us a complaint e-mail via Send mail to us. Our team will help you ASAP.

20. Someone is trying to spam/scam me. What can I do?

1- You can block and/or report the fake users. If you don’t know how to do it, please read “How can I block/report a user?” part.

Click “Account settings” from the menu on the left. On the bottom of the page, you’ll see “Delete” option. You can delete your profile using delete button under this option.
